Can we be us again?

I am deeply sorry for the way I treated the woman I love.

I know the pain and frustration you felt were because of my actions, and I take full responsibility for that.

I understand that saying “sorry” can’t change the past, but I am fully committed to healing what’s been broken and rebuilding our relationship.

I regret that it took months apart and the heartbreaking loss of our baby for me to truly confront my issues and seek the help I needed.

Therapy has opened my eyes to my flaws and given me the strength to grow not just for myself, but for us.

Please let me show you how amazing we can be together.

I love you more than words can express.
