I have really messed up lately, I have fallen back into sin and practices.

Plus I have denied the faith, been idle and have made some bad decisions.

I have willfully commited sin because I like it.

I have acted out in disobedience. Among all my normal daily sins and weaknesses as well.

I want to change and repent, to fix my life and start over.

May God bless and forgive me and take me back.
