Dear God, I’m sorry I am so selfish and asked for things for myself.

When I was younger, I just wanted to play music and be popular. So, I asked to be a rock star.

Now that I am older, I asked you for someone to love, and you gave her to me.

Now, I find myself asking you every day for her to love me back, and I know you can’t take away her free will.

And I’m sorry I haven’t been asking you to protect the innocent and save their souls. I just wanted her to love me back and want a family with me. I wanted you to know I changed and did good for you. I wanted her to love me because you sent her to me. But, that wasn’t part of your plan.
