Apologizing for an emotional outburst

I am writing to apologize for my emotional outburst towards you. I realize that my actions were uncalled for and I deeply regret how I acted. I allowed my emotions to get the best of me, and for that, I am truly sorry.

I want you to know that my outburst was not a true reflection of how I feel about you. I value our relationship and I do not want one moment of anger to ruin what we have built together. I hope that you can find it in your heart to forgive me and give me another chance.

I promise to work on managing my emotions better in the future and to always approach conflicts with a level head. I value your friendship and I do not want to lose you because of my mistake.

Once again, I am sincerely sorry for my emotional outburst and I hope that we can move past this and continue to build a strong relationship together.
